For property owners

Your property has more potential than peak season reveals.

We fill the months leisure platforms leave empty — with corporate groups who book longer, pay a fixed rate, and treat your property with care.

Does this sound familiar?

You love your property. Managing it is another story.

01

The family property

You have a beautiful rural property with real potential. What you don't have is the time, the contacts, or the right demand channel to make it work properly.

02

Already renting, under-earning

You're on the platforms and it works — in peak season. The rest of the year the property sits empty and you know it could do more.

03

Done with self-managing

Enquiries, check-ins, maintenance calls, guest complaints — you didn't buy a rural property to run a small hotel. You need someone to take it off your hands.

The difference

The clients Airbnb doesn't bring you.

Leisure platforms fill July and August. They leave March, October, and November empty.

Sansara brings a different kind of client — corporate teams on offsites, wellness retreat operators, sports clubs on pre-season training camps. These groups book for 4–7 nights, pay a fixed exclusive-use rate agreed in advance, and treat properties well because their own reputation depends on it too.

This is the demand channel we've built through the Sansara Management Retreat Collection — and it's what we bring to every property we manage.

What we handle

Everything between you and your guests.

  • Listing creation and optimisation across all relevant channels
  • Enquiry handling and guest screening
  • Booking management and contracts
  • Guest relations before, during and after each stay
  • Supplier and maintenance coordination
  • B2B channel: corporate, retreat and sports group bookings
  • Monthly reporting and owner updates
  • On-the-ground coordination so you never need to be there

We work with licensed rural properties only. No owner on-site requirements.

Who you're working with

Operational experience. Commercial discipline. Personal accountability.

There are two things property owners tell us they've never had from a management company: honest communication and someone who actually picks up the phone.

Sansara was built on real operational experience managing luxury properties on the Costa Brava — which means we've seen what goes wrong and how to prevent it. And a decade in business development means we run owner relationships the way we'd want to be treated: clear reporting, no surprises, and a long-term view of your property as an asset — not a booking target.

Properties we represent

We're selective. Deliberately.

Our portfolio is curated — not a directory. Every property we take on reflects on the clients we send there.

  • Licensed rural property (Masoveria, Casa de poble independent, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 bedrooms — suitable for group occupancy
  • Costa Brava, Empordà, and surrounding comarques (expanding to wider Catalunya)
  • Functional for group use: adequate kitchen, outdoor space, common areas that work for a programme
