What data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily submit through our contact forms: name, email, phone, and any details you include in your enquiry (property location, event type, group size, budget, etc.).
Purpose
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage the resulting conversation. We do not use it for third-party marketing and we do not sell it.
Data processors
Form submissions are stored via Supabase (EU region) and notifications are delivered by email to info@sansaramanagement.com, forwarded to a Gmail inbox for handling. All processors provide adequate safeguards under GDPR.
Retention
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to info@sansaramanagement.com to exercise any of these rights. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
